Is it just my imagination that the places with consistently bad service never send surveys?
I thought that the cell phones were not to be at the table. Or is that only for JR.?
I gave 5 out of 5 to everyone at my colonoscopy. You don’t want to make any enemies on that team.
Nobody has the willpower to resist sending bad reviews. I have a friend who, when reading reviews throws out the 5 star and 1 star ratings, then reads the comments in the middle. That seems wise, but I can’t resist reading the bad reviews.
