In the winter time, you’re just getting it all warmed up, when you have to get up for the hike to the bathroom. You are then met with a cold toilet seat and a cold bed on your return.
That is a pretty good theory, but for me it can be the other way around. Getting up and moving around makes the joints feel better, not better about getting up. (got that?)

Don’t worry. A bathroom trip at night will keep the plugger from getting too comfortable.

Most comfortable when you can climb back in on a cold morning because you are retired.

That would be nice. Better than spending the last hour in bed trying to go back to sleep.

The best sleep is the thirty minutes past the start of the ‘school’ day.
