    No meds for me, thank you. I need to be outside everyday. I need to walk and move my body, and enjoy nature. It is the best balm for my health. Mornings and evenings are very pleasant.

    ( I realize meds are appropriate and helpful to some.)

    Focus your outdoors activity in the morning and evening hours. Basically, before 10 AM (1000) and after 6 PM (1800) when you have daylight but it’s not as hot.
