They’ll designate a LeBron shaped flop spot on every court in his “honor” – some where around the 3-point arc, bench side. No one else will be able to flop there. If they do, its a “T” with a two shot minimum.
Remember, LeBron wore 23 every year he was in Cleveland, making that his most commonly worn number. But seriously, if the NBA hasn’t retired 23 after Jordan, they probably ain’t gonna do it for LeBron either, at least not ’til one of them dies.
