    So typical of Americans, if not people in general. My pain is way worse than anyone else’s. Therefore, I need extra-strength (whatever), and probably two of them. You know what “regular strength” is? It’s a normal dose for an adult, sufficient for any typical adult’s needs. Get over yourself.

    Might want to take just one OTC ibuprophen if you take meds and want to save your liver. (Maybe it’s just me.)

    As a pharmacist—be careful. Extra Extra Extra strength means there is more medication packed into the same shape, so taking two may overdose you and cause liver damage.
