As a retired senior professional I’m glad someone somewhere finally acknowledged that managers actually have a hard job and their pay isn’t for nothing.
Actually corporate doesn’t care who serves the customers…as long as they meet the quota and make money for the stockholders. Bottom line all the way!
If you cannot do the job of your staff, that is no way to manage an organization.
