I tried doing yoga when my boys were little. The yoga VHS tape (yes I’m that old) I used started with deep breathing exorcises, my little darlings would sit on the couch and make Darth Vader noises.

When I would try to do exercises, the dog would crawl under my tummy and try to lick my chin.

I put down a yoga mat and my dogs immediately laid down on it. I gave up. Beer works better anyway.
