When they have a case, they’ll prosecute. You know, kind of how Barr covered for Trump while he was in office.

Whataboutism reaches new lows! Just exactly what heinous crimes is Hunter accused of? Whatever they may be, they are absolutely dwarfed by Trump’s reign of corruption! Shouting Benghazi a few more times makes more sense than this cartoon.

Although never mentioned, the progressives will bring up Mar-a-Largo, which has nothing to do with Hunter’s laptop. Trump apparently dominates every waking moment.

Isaac said in an interview with The NYT last week outside the shop that he is legally blind & could not be sure whether the man was Hunter Biden but asked his name to fill out a work order, and the man identified himself as Hunter Biden. Isaac said the man came to his shop twice but never returned to retrieve the computer or an (1) external hard drive on which its contents had been stored.

Isaac first told reporters he contacted the FBI but later said the FBI contacted him first, according to The Daily Beast. Isaac gave a (2) copy of the laptop’s hard drive to Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, after turning over the actual device to law enforcement. The newspaper reported Giuliani gave reporters a (3) copy of the hard drive on October 11.

The hard drive and computer were with Isaac for at least 90 days before he contacted the FBI OR the FBI contacted him, at least(?) 3 Congress members and intermediary to contact the FBI.

Daily Beast interview occurred after The New York Post article was published. Mac Isaac first told reporters he contacted the FBI about the contents of the hard drive, but later said the FBI contacted him first.

The leak of the materials less than three weeks before Election Day centered on some of the same unproven allegations against Biden that led to Trump’s impeachment late last year after he pressured Ukrainian authorities to investigate the former vice president.

The Post did not find evidence that Joe Biden personally benefited from or knew details about the transactions with CEFC, which took place after he had left the vice presidency and before he announced his intentions to run for the White House in 2020. 1/

But the new documents illustrate the ways in which his family profited from relationships built over Joe Biden’s decades in public service. The vast majority of the data and most of the nearly 129,000 emails it contained could not be verified by either of the two security experts who reviewed the data for The Post. The Post was able in some instances to find documents from other sources that matched content on the laptop that the experts were not able to assess. Many questions about the drive remained impossible to answer definitively.

That includes what happened during a nearly year-long period of apparent inactivity from September 2019 — about 5 months after Hunter Biden reportedly dropped off the laptop at the repair shop — until August 2020, when the presidential campaign involving his father was entering its final months.

Months after the laptop itself had been taken into FBI custody — three new folders were created on the drive. Dated Sept. 1 and 2, 2020, they bore the names “Desktop Documents,” “Biden Burisma” and “Hunter. Burisma Documents. Over the next few days, somebody created three additional folders on the drive, titled, “Mail,” “Salacious Pics Package” and “Big Guy File” — an apparent reference to Joe Biden.2/

Not only the laptop repairman, but even Mark Zuckerberg has now confirmed that FBI officials slow-walked the Hunter Biden laptop investigation until after the 2020 election. Not even Zuckerberg can stomach the level of lying that it takes to be a mainstream Democrat.

I’ve already explained at length the ultimate authority regarding classified material residing with the President granted by Article II of the Constitution. I can go over it again but it won’t make any difference to the collective cognitive dissonance of the left squatting on these comment sections. They know the truth of the Presidents power in their dark little hearts but they’ll never admit it. They’re too dishonest, self serving and ideological for that. But, here’s another little tidbit that will tighten the screws on them just a little more. The Presidents legal authority in this regard has already been decided by the Supreme Court.

    https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/484/518/#tab-opinion-1957333

Back in 1988 they were very specific that it was the past Presidents continuing up to today who established how classified material is handled. President declassified everything that was removed from the White House and had standing order that anything he designated to be removed, be unclassified. In any case, according to the Supreme Court, it’s not possible to prosecute him and he has a very good case against the Biden Administration. Bottom line is that the FBI again lied and used the our legal system in a gross abuse of power.

Not time to change the subject. You have had years to convict Hunter surely the issues from Mar=-A-Lago deserve a couple of months to unravel. In the short weeks of the investigation so far, the initial outrage of the Right has been tempered by the facts to date. Then there is that Hillary thing where the cry was lock her up over a handful (30K) of emails. Mar-A-Lago has revealed stuff at the highest known level of security apparently more or less laying around.

Trump says he declassified the stuff. Many argue that is irrelevant, others would say anyone that would declassify our highest security items is not fit to rule. The “Nothing here” argument is not holding much water.

Hunter should be stripped of his committee assignments, removed from office, and never be allowed to hold public office again.
