I work hard and my body looks good, otherwise I’ve never worried much about my health
I’m 60 now and I do worry a bit, I’m in decent shape but actually getting “healthy” might take more work now than if I had tried harder younger

Well, we know his blood pressure was OK because Ginger is with him. Pets generally lower blood pressure.
