@Number Three , Today’s strip IS funny our HERO Mr Andrew Capp ending up inthe same lock up is classical :o) my avatar is a picture of my birth sign Leo roaring because he’s in a good mood like I am how was your day? ours should be alittle busy , there is shopping to be done but no errands to run , we both are in a good mood so we will just stay inside the house and keep hydrated till this evening when the greengrocer van comes up our street , keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady
Do not carouse with drunkards or feast with gluttons, for they are on their way to poverty, and too much sleep clothes them in rags.Proverbs 23:20-21
Lame! The background in the first panel is blue, hinting of being outdoors… The backgrounds in the second panel are orange! In the running for worst attempt at a Capp strip ever. Fun fact: there is no word in the English language that rhymes with ‘orange’.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find that Evian Sparkling Water yesterday. It’s in a tall can and the Evian they did have was in bottles. If I go out tomorrow I’m going to try another supermarket. Or if no success, I’ll try the first one again. I did go in after 7pm so it was probably sold out. I don’t give up easily when it comes to free stuff. Haha.
I had my Maltesers last night and enjoyed them very much. Also two of my tasks on Cashback.co.uk have been approved so I’m getting closer and closer to completing all the stages and cashing out.
OK. Here I go again. Will I ever shut up about it? Haha. Hope things are great with you. I spoke to our lovely friend RJM on the phone not long ago.
Going to have a nice warm bath now before I have a curry. Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal.

You will be famous now, Professor. But not necessarily the way you had hoped for, though.

Maybe he was doing some social-research on how the “Little People” live?

Never talk to your cellmates: you don’t know where they’ve BEEN!

The comic premise might vaguely make sense. After all, who really wants to spend a night locked up in a cell with a drunken Andy Capp?
However, the whole thing strains credulity. Did they move the Prof? Is this another night?
One of the poorer G&G attempts in a long time … and most of their recent ones have been pretty lame and tame.

Context is everything. Why was the Prof locked in the cell beside Andy?

The professor says that there’s what’s plebeian, and then there’s Andy!

We all make mistakes. Sounds like the Professor has (hopefully) learned from his.
