Broccoli is just too bitter for sweet chocolate. In fact, sweet chocolate doesn’t pair well with most vegetables. Veggies are in the savory class. You’d have better luck pairing it up with fruits and berries because they’re in the sweet class. So cook your broccoli until it’s tender and add butter or cheese. Tastes much better.
