I reckon Ziggy has been trying to pin that blame for the last 51 years.

Parrots are noted for their failure to grasp humour.

It’s not so much blame. It’s giving credit where credit is due.

I think that it would be the cartoonist’s fault. Then again, how does Ziggy even know about the cartoonist?

Hope everyone in Florida & the other states are okay after Ian.
