Simple solution, dumb down the tests…
Republicans HATE education.
Just like they hate democracy.

They attack both at every opportunity.
So stop paying taxes for education, drive away the teachers like you’re driving away doctors. Only the rich should be able to educate their kids.
Concerned parents have a tough call: pull their kids out of public school or try to fix the public school their kids are in. Given those two choices, what should they do?
Glad I never had kids!
