Don’t run, don’t make eye contact, pick up the kid and move slowly out of it’s way.

I remember reading one of those Drama’s in Real Life stories in Reader’s Digest about a guy that was attacked by a Grizzly or Kodiak. He eventually escaped it by poking it hard in the nose with a stick. Apparently that’s fairly painful to the bear and they shy away from it. He was pretty badly injured in the attack, but managed to get help and survive.

The Dreaded Pirate Robert, when going into battle would call for his red shirt, so in case he was shot, the enemy would not see him bleed.

Dad and daughter should have worn their brown pants for their walk today.
