I may not like it, but if there is a legal loop-hole and someone is taking advantage of it, so be it…
I think income tax should be voluntary….leave it up to individuals to give what they think is fair.
Tax evasion is against the law and punishable at varying levels depending on the IRS, or judge’s, ruling.
Tax avoidance is legal and not a punishable offense.
