I had my own slurpee machine for several years when I lived in the apartment in back of my store. Slurpee/slush was OK but when I got the soft ice-cream machine and started selling slush-floats THAT was dynamite! The rich creaminess blended perfectly with the soda slush, especially the orange.
I just saw that Angela “Murder, She Wrote” Lansbury has died at age 96.
When I saw her in the original “Manchurian Candidate” I ended up hating her for decades, she was that magnificently evil. Eventually I got over it but it took a long time.
Why bring it up here? In the hopes that in a few weeks we will see a tribute to Angela in “Thatababy”. (Don’t forget Judy Tenuta too!)

Looks like that machine might end up with the Ramones Shrine in the basement….
