My wife is a congregational nurse. She advises her patients to take online medicine with a grain of salt.
I gave her a poster I found on line. It’s a Minion and the quote is, “I went to a medical site online. I went from having a mild headache to clinically dead in three clicks.”
I read a lot on computer ergonomics and I have to say that my setup is close to ideal: I have a good chair, the desk is at the perfect height, the monitor is at the perfect distance and at the right eye level.
Most of the time I sit back in my chair with good posture as I type and it is quite comfortable.
Then there are the times when I am hunched over the keyboard peering at the small print on the screen.
My favorite position is with my feet on the desk and keyboard on my lap. It’s one of the perks of working at home. They look at me funny when I do this at the office.

Stop using a laptop. Get a real computer with a monitor higher than one inch off the desk.

I’d prescribe a higher and bigger screen and a comfortable seat with good lower back support.
