Sorry, but this is totally wrong. A Plugger that made a 7 would have recorded that or maybe an 8 or 9. Some Pluggers don’t even keep score as the game is for fun. We don’t cheat.
If a plugger feels the need to cheat at golf (or cards) then he’s not a true plugger because a plugger is someone who has finally figured out that there is more to life than winning or pretending to win a game. That cheating is a way to lose friends, not win them (and pluggers are usually losing friends fairly often the natural way). He has figured out that he doesn’t have to pretend to be other than what he is or prove himself to anyone else.
In America high score wins!! And the par for each hole is the number on the flag. Just make sure that you use the designated driver if you make par at the 19th hole!

No eraser, yep. But, cheaters carry an eraser in their pocket ;-)

Other than being played with clubs, a golf ball and on a golf course, our golf rules don’t resemble anything the USGA or R&A puts out.

Don’t get golf to start with, but really don’t get cheating on the score.

Uh…NO. And NO thanks to Bill from Michigan. And probably not a good idea to play golf with him.

I can’t imagine caring enough about golf or scores to lie about it.

Isn’t golf too upscale for the average plugger?

Huh, I always thought golf was too fancy-schmancy for pluggers.
