Do make-over houses ever get inspected before buying? Do they not realize that there are some major expenses? Do they not have a budget and know that it generally is not enough for everything they want?

There’s too much whining about things like paint colors on the house buying shows. The British Bakeoff is the best baking show.

All said and done I’d take a cooking show over a house hunter one any day. I agree with those who pointed out the similarity of emotions in either case. I liken it to watching a sports game vs. cooking. Each has it’s watchers own opinion on how they do it and what they should have done better. Either evokes emotions.
