Construction materials have gone up so much this year, building, renovation and repairs are out of sight. So much for savings.

Can always bide your time till the time is right. What’s the hurry? Unless there’s a roof leak……

Two years ago, i had to get a new furnace, water tank, air conditioner, had to replace a whole roof, fix my chimney, get new electrical wiring and Mast on roof, rewire outside lines,,new electrical boxes from fuse boxes, 3 new doors, one new window, new post and mailbox….there’s more….house was built in 1950 …it was time! ☹️☹️☹️

Well, you had a short moment of happiness ~ now back to the grind.

Oh, this is so recognizable!! Yes, back to the drawing board!!

There’s no sin in stopping for a second to smell the roses, even if only for a few seconds… if you like the smell of roses, that is.
