All mouse hole arches shall be round at the top. Violators will be eaten by the enforcement cat!

HOAs are probably ok, until:

1) The president starts taking kickbacks for work done and the rest of the board are toadys (or take part in the profit sharing).

2) A “condo commando” comes on the scene.

3) The “Boss” syndrome sets in.

4) The HOA exerts some legal principle against you.

5) The HOA starts raiding the treasury.

6) The HOA wants all the properties and wants them for pennies on the dollar.

7) Many others

Been there, done that. Don’t want any part of it.

Not to mention, he went out for some breakfast cheese and they served him Veleveeta

never, ever, say things couldn’t possibly get worse… it’s just a challenge to the perverse universe that will not go unanswered.
