The original Doc Holiday was a dentist and hung out with the Earps, then there was Doc Halliday the baseball pitcher and now this one who is an MD. Quite the lineage.
Time was I did a daily run to prepare for reffing soccer. Now, thanks to old soccer injuries, I can no longer run or even walk very far. So, the recumbent bike is for me.

Doc Holiday has tuberculosis (that’s what eventually killed him), so Cosmo should get his exercise in right now and run away!

Recombant bikes are better. You sit and watch TV as you pedal away.

I have walked an average of 5.5 miles a day for the last 892 days, I am in my late 70’s and I fell great. Walk don’t run so much better on the joints.

But I get the daily runs, Doc.

Ahhh. . . the ever-persistent myth that exercise makes you tired. It is quite the opposite!

Shoe runs him ragged every day. Surely that counts as exercise.

He’d be started off with a short walk.
