Bald. I went cold turkey in 1984. Man was that ever tough. I’ve never ever struck a woman but boy did my wife test me. Still haven’t. lol It felt good to celebrate my 25th non smoking anniversary on March 13th @ 7:35AM.

It also blocks UVa and UVb!

Smoking is a dying art.

When I was in the Cardiac care ward last year, every person in every bed asked the nurse for a patch…everyone in the ward was a smoker….coincidence?

My dad smoked, but always told me never to start because it was an awful habit. He tried the patch, but smoked at the same time. I don’t think he ever intended to quite. I would never started smoking, I’m allergic to the smoke. I prefer my coffee addiction!

Congrats to all quitters, and good luck to those trying to quit.

My brother tried the patch, but no matter how tightly he rolled them, they kept going out….

I quit back in 93. Still holding on.

My Dad convinced me to never smoke but you will have to pry my chocolate out of my cold dead fingers!!!!

I work on PCs. I have several personal notes and documents that I open weekly, at the top of them I have: Reminder: I quit smoking at 4:35 pm on Tuesday, 7/30/2002. It helps to remember the effort and time I have invested in NOT smoking. Good luck.

I’d hate to see the three-a-day patch…
