Shouldn’t the emphasis be on “divorce”, not “Gil” (as in, “I don’t want a divorce , Gil!”)?

How’s the football team doing? Or girls volleyball? Or the rival coach? Are he and Gil going to fight? Or did the emergency drill end the sports season? This ‘story’ needs ANOTHER element darn it!

Football is just about over in my area except for Sectionals and we haven’t even seen a snap on this strip. I think we need a new writer.
