Retail stores would NEVER wave a surrender flag unless it had an advertisement on it for 50% off what else you don’t really need. Keep spending!

Salem doesn’t have a mall, just a bunch of stores connected with bridges over the streets downtown. One of the stores just got demolished, more apartments without parking.
