The vicar is such a scold, he should wear a black suit…

and it’s barely working

It has to hurt to be so judgemental

Good is pushing it with Andy.

That useless bum hasn’t had enough yet, else he’d be in the canal or gaol (or maybe in hospital after one of his brawls).

Andy is not a good Christian. When he is Ale ing, he ferments bitter feelings. Than without being lager ly, he hops to the nearest Public House to look for some good cheer. And after he forgets what was Ale ing him. He walks home singing stout praises, (his version of praises that is), to the heavens yeast he forget to thank the ‘Gods’ that were on tap that night.

It drives me nuts when the clergy refer to themselves as shepherds and those who follow them as “the flock”. In the end the “flock” end up in the slaughter house.

Andy subscribes to St. Augustine’s Young Man’s Prayer, " Oh Lord, make me pure and holy … but not just yet! "

Yep!!!! One they made Andy Capp they broke the mold!!!!

Andy may be part of the flock but the Vicar’s message is for the birds…

Christians = sheep.

Somebody has to be the bad example.

Look at it this way Vicar, if everybody was perfect, you would be out of a job. Whereas with Andy you have a lifetime of work.
