My brilliant GF is the creator of the Pringles Principle:
If you think of Pringles as actual potato chips, they’re not very good. But if you think of them as their own kind of food, they’re delicious.
We often make use of the Pringles Principle in our lives.
I see the beer isn’t canned.
I hate Pringles. Blech!
I thought it was singles night.

Had it been Ladies’ Night, they’d’ve been eating Laura Scudder’s…
I’m using canned laughter for the joke.
Oh yes, it’s Pringles night and the feeling’s right
Oh yes, it’s Pringles night, oh what a night, oh what a night!
Oh yes, it’s Pringles night, oh what a night
they don’t call it “singles night” ‘cause you can’t have just one…
The History Channel had a whole bit about Pringles on “The Food That Built America.” Probably will rerun next Sunday. The potato chip industry sued to make them not be called “chips.”
