Mr. Irving is a masterful basketball player. However, his perception of reality outside of a basketball court is devastatingly twisted. There is, as with most celebrities in whatever capacity, nothing to be taken from him intellectually or morally. Fame does not equate with intelligence. He is, as Charles Barkley would say, not a suitable role model.
