I work at my body… not for looks, but for health. I feel and look pretty good for my age, but there are still parts that I don’t like looking at, so I don’t. I will never be a Christie Brinkley, haha. At this point, I think that my body is for living and not for looks.

After a decade of wearing pants (and ignoring my body) I was SHOCKED at my knees! Old Lady Legs! Oh, well, I’m 70 and don’t exercise!

I have every right to be disgusted with my own body. I mean really, if I’m not true to myself, somebody else sure as hell will.

I’ll take my body over most women my age…my niece was impressed with our 2 mile walk last week and that makes me think I’m doing something right.
