If Mr. Pinkley didn’t think that Cathy could properly fill in for you while you were gone, he would have assigned your work to someone else so quit “critiquing” her and trust that everything is going well in your absence. And if it’s not? Well, then, it will be Cathy’s rear-end on the hot-seat for any screw-ups — not yours. So do yourself a favor: quit stressing out and just enjoy this much-needed time off from your job. Your mind, body, and soul will thank you for it later!
