Hamburger & fries, and who CARES about the calories!!

Ah, the low fat craze of the 1990’s and early 2000’s. What memories. It made diabetics out of my whole generation, myself included.

To much reading. A few TV dinners and some salad will get you to the promised land.

This is one reason I do “grocery pickup” shopping online. If I have to do all that reading, I’ll do it from the comfort of a chair. :)

My wife is a label reader. She even reads the labels on bottled water. I get to spend a lot of time watching people if I dare go grocery shopping with her.
