I recognize this – and have actually lived through it. My wife’s family was like that – your first, no you, no you . . . Was rather frustrating at times but would still prefer to have my wife’s parents with us. They were awesome people – other than that you first thing.
Got cold enough last night to freeze the bay over – again – for the 3rd time this winter. Hopefully it will stay cold now. I was a little worried about placing the fireworks for tomorrow evening but the water level has dropped far enough there is enough beach to place the boxes and still leave room for me to run. Should be a good display this year – 26 kilometers of fireworks around the bay at 8:00pm.
