These two are the reason for Brutus’ stress. Though Gladys recognizes his stress, she thinks its up to him to relieve it himself. She and mother have no responsibility.

Well when the last two things his wife said to him is that he never works in his life and he’s always wrong and she’s always right in arguments, what guy wouldn’t feel a little stressed out?
