My wife and I were returning from a restaurant on the pier. A seagull flew directly overhead towards us and I gently pushed my wife aside and I stepped to the opposite side. The bird crap hit directly between us, missing us both. That bird was aiming!

My ex-husband served in the Navy aboard a destroyer. In good weather, he and his buddies would take their cups of coffee and head outside. And of course, there were gulls. It wasn’t the men’s shoulders the birds aimed for, it was their coffee cups. According to my ex-hubby, their aim was incredibly accurate. They’d wait until he’d start to reach for his cup and then “bombs away.” He’s never forgiven them for it. Sixty-some years later and he still hates gulls – lol.

Actually, you’ve used up your luck for the week, beating those odds.

This shtick is a bit old by now

They are probably talking about the Atlantic Ocean because the Pacific is much larger than that and the Indian Ocean falls under that square mileage.

The platypus is one of the most unusual creatures in the animal kingdom. The platypus has a paddle-shaped tail and is as about unusual as Chips drawings.

At least it didn’t land in his coffee…
