Red, time to go get the hot chocolate on and the little marshmallows out. Don’t forget to give Rover some marshmallows, chocolate would be bad for him. The marshmallows wouldn’t be all that good for him, but not nearly as bad as chocolate.
We used to do that when we were in high school. We would go to the nursing homes and sing for the people living there. It always brightened their day. We would often take Christmas cookies we had baked and share not only some songs with them, but a little of our time. Our time was such an inexpensive gift that meant so much to some of them, especially those with no family or family close by.
