My cat is good about letting me sleep in now that I am retired. However, 7:30 a.m. is about the limit. At that point, she begins singing the “All the Food Bowls are Empty Blues”. It has a LOT of VERY mournful verses. She’s smart enough to vary the volume because that is SO much more annoying. :)
I often try to get her to come into the bedroom and cuddle, instead, but she has not fallen for that since she was a kitten.
