I agree with the bear, the demands are fair and reasonable, also if you think about it, by complying with them you will only make a better world for everyone!
Re: 2), none of the species there are in risk of extinction, so that’s taken care of.
Now, about number one… from what we’ve seen of this family so far, that might be difficult. If not impossible.
