If you attempt to call them you get a message that they are too busy and get disconnected or put on hold for 90 minutes. Only 10% of calls reach a person.
That doesn’t sound like the last call I received. The “agent” spoke broken English and had no concept of the proper order that the words should be in. This is the IRS, you owe much money to us.
