Turned mine down during the day and up at night. Used to be 70 day, 62 night but my bedroom would get into the 50s over garage. So now 68 and 66. Bedroom now gets down to 61 at lowest. I find that rooms have different temps. My thermostat is in a hallway. My home office will be 5 degrees warmer than the hallway usually.

67 degrees that would be toasting in my house the most it goes up to is 65

We spent a LOT of money investing in smart thermostats. We have them since September and my bills have been consistently lower by tens of dollars than for the same periods in previous years. At the rate I am going, they will pay for themselves in a couple of years.

Sweats in the winter. Fans in the summer. Open windows in the spring and fall.
