It grew three sizes in one day! That is some rapid hyperplasia.

I’ve seen this joke a few times, this year. Internet hive-mind strikes again.

I wish my doctor looked like that! :)

Misdiagnosis. His heart started out three sizes too small, so when it grew, it would have become a normal size heart. Maybe he just got careless and choked on a slice of roast beast.

But he died with a smile on his face…..

Would the guy with the lab coat and clipboard be called Doctor Who??

It’s a seasonal disorder with the Grinch species….
