What a cool Clerk Connection…

Did the candy bowl lid go clickety-clunk when you put it back on? Maybe your aunt thought of it as a sort of thank you sound. :oD

Thinking about it, I don’t think I’ve seen an ugly courthouse. the old ones tend to be grandiose, and even modern ones are often striking.

The best part about today’s strip though is the placing of Amanda and Dan in historical context.

No wonder you were attracted to Dan. (I was going to say because of the smell ~ but that didn’t sound right). You were just meant to marry someone in the legal field.

The only part of a courthouse I’ve seen is from the defendants table, (nothing major though), and jury duty.

Aww..great story Amanda! Nice when those connections just find you out of the blue. I don’t have any connections to courthouses that haven’t been scary or bad in some way. Nice to hear a good story. They are magnificent buildings.
