Ken-doll McCarthy has sacrificed everything he is, whatever that is, in the hopes he would become the titular Speaker of the House (in name only). I guess we caould call the position SP-INO, as in Speaker In Name Only, or Spine? No!

Politics aside for a moment. My experience and studies of octopuses suggest that they are a poor choice for an example of a monster. They are certainly different from us, but mostly intelligent peaceful creatures. Oops, repeated myself.

It’s just getting started. Paul Ryan couldn’t tame them. John Boehner couldn’t tame them. Even Newt Gingrich, who inflamed them, couldn’t tame them.

Kevin McCarthy looks and sounds weak. He has no backbone and will make any deal to be Speaker. Assuming he’s the Speaker nothing will get done and he’ll be responsible when our government shuts down because he can’t stand up to his critics and grovels to them
