Today I learned that dry January is a trendy thing with millennials. Someone called it Millennial Lent. Up until today I only knew of it from this strip.
I might make some beer cheese soup. Maybe experiment and make beer cheeseburger soup. I like to use a porter for the beer and white cheddar for the cheese. Gives it a bit more flavor.
