Boys night out?

I like the lost fido sign and the picture is of a fish.

What? Seagull has to stay outside? Not fair!

I wonder if Seagull knows anything about the lost fish.

I also wonder if this is a continuation from yesterday’s strip.

Juggling knives is nothing compared to having Sterling as a brother!

Now days they have ax throwing, something Sterling has already mastered (see the 12/18 Wallace). I miss my Jarts.

Coincidence that axe throwing venues are opening lately? Ominously, in bars.

I love searching for Will Henry’s signature in the dailies, especially when he embellishes it to match the day’s comic theme or blends it into the artwork like he did here with the “grain” of the pier piling. It’s just like searching for the “Nina” in the old Al Hirschfeld caricatures.

The 2 kids go to a restaurant by themselves? By the way: nice switching of perspective from middle and last panel!

Not to mention the bars where you can throw axes.

Considering Wallace lives with Sterling, I expect that really WOULD be a mellow night for him and his family.

as that happens so infrequently in Wallace’s life……

Spud is Wallace’s safety net. He balances Wallace’s wild side.

That second panel is especially beautiful.

Mellow? Well… yes

If you get stabbed, then you go to the hospital. while you’re there, home is mellow
