In junior high school we had a 300 lb coach. He would stand on the sidelines eating candy bars and drinking Coke, telling us to run faster. Truly inspirational.
I hate to be pedantic but I’m thinking exercise would have the opposite effect on a robot – the parts would wear out sooner, not get stronger! (Surprised I could focus enough to post that after reading “Cinnabon!”)
