@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , the way our HERO Mr Andrew Capp uses all means to avoid work is classic ;o) my avatar again is our fav actor Rowan Atkinson as Mr Bean grinning because he’s happy like I am even tho it’s Friday the 13th , our Finally Friday should be calm I hope we both are in a good mood and with no shopping to do or errands to run we are staying inside the house and keep hydrated because it’s cold outside and wait until this evening when I will have my fav nosh, keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady

Flo is contradicting herself. First she tells the man to ignore her husband and then she asks if he has a job for her husband.

Andy should learn the value of ‘not being seen’: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AB1pT1q1GqI

Ha. Funny. And from the side-eye I gather the worker is aware of Andy’s reputation, with the added angst of what the “no no no” meant.

Most employers already “Know, know, know” about Andy’s avoidance of work.

This reminds me of a true story that a friend of mine who worked in HR told about a mother dragging her son into a job interview.

“I don’t care what my son tells you.” she forcefully proclaimed. “He wants this job!”

Ma’am, your husband’s not showing any signs of motivation for this job.

I believe the correct question is, “Do you have insurance?”

Somehow, I doubt Andy working at a construction site is a very good idea. (Actually, that’s more likely to be a road crew, now that I think about it.)
