Question. Do they mean a cookie cutter? I ask because my mom used to make biscuits almost every day and she never used a biscuit cutter. Also, cookies are called biscuits in other countries.
Mentioned on Wikipedia, but just in the entry for “cookie cutter.” Y’know, I remember the Black History Month stamp series, where they’d honor people I’d never heard of for accomplishments I thought questionable. But more recently they’ve honored the civil rights movement leaders, whose achievements and accomplishments I do honor and respect.

I have a cat who makes biscuits all the time. And she purrs while doing it.
