The face belongs to Charles Turner, though, who was a teacher, researcher, and inventor as well.
I hope Luann gets a better grade than Bernice who snaked her idea. Of course Mr F might give Lu a C- as she did not truly research the ideas but got a list from Delta if he asks a few more questions.
