    Not that bad? Not yet, but it will be. Actually, it’s weak “core” muscles. Crunches help in prevention. I do 150 every day, plus planks and various other things, entirely to keep my back from “going out” again—herniated disks are prime real estate in a very non-exclusive subdivision He77.
