Spud’s looking right at Amelia, and he still won’t know what just hit him.

He’s over there in the lower right corner of the second panel. The seagull of course. Isn’t that what everyone’s looking for?

I envision Wallace pushing Spud out of the way & making a diving catch!

Maybe Amelia has decided to join Rose in the fight for good & is taking out all offenders?

It seems like those are all indoor rules..?

Spud will soon become the victim of a broken rule.

I’m sure this won’t escalate…

‘No running on the wood chips’ must be impossible to enforce.

Rules in elementary school are so when you get hurt misbehaving they can say “See? That’s what rules are for.” It’s called education!

Poor Rose – she’s like some show dogs, over trained and over educated. I blame the parents!

The kids are having fun! Leave them alone.

Good thing she is too young to understand politics.

Rose needs to learn how to relax. Meanwhile, Rosa wants to respond to Spud’s love gesture in her own way.

Is Spud spreading love to Rose and waving? Amelia has her back turned, It would make sense. Rose is safer than Amelia and he is more aligned philosophically with Rose, but he must have a secret wild side because he’s friends with Wallace.
